Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak green energy seminar
Learn more about funding opportunities for Scandinavian energy cooperation through the European Regional Development Fund
Our friends over at Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak are holding a seminar on December 1 in Oslo about the possibilities of working with sustainable energy across borders in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
Nordic Energy Research will be represented in the programme with a presentation from Benjamin Donald Smith. The seminar is not associated with any funding programme from Nordic Energy Research.
The EU programme Interreg co-finances Scandinavian projects to solve common green challenges by working together across borders. At this event you can meet other players from Scandinavia, experts, project consultants and politicians. Together they will identify common green energy challenges. The aim of the day is to develop ideas and thoughts that can become new projects.
From the programme (download in Swedish, Danish):
- Sustainable solutions: Trends, opportunities and the role of Scandinavia
- Two projects tell: How we went from idea to project progress
- Interreg: How we support projects that work on sustainable energy
Why work together?
By participating in a collaborative project in Interreg Öresund–Kattegat–Skagerrak, you can focus with players from other countries on a particular theme. You can exchange knowledge and experiences and test new approaches to sustainable energy. Together you can help shape the future sustainable Scandinavia.
What can you prepare?
We take our point of departure in challenges and ideas for green projects. So please think about whether you have an idea you want to work further on. This day you can get guidance from our project consultants to develop the idea.
