The Research Council of Norway and Nordic Energy Research invite you to the launch of the International Energy Agency’s new report on the future of the Nordic energy system.

Nordic Energy Technology Perspectives provides scenarios for how Norway and its Nordic neighbours can achieve a carbon-neutral energy system by 2050. This is the first time the IEA has made a regional version in its renowned Energy Technology Perspectives series.
Analysts and media are invited to gain insight into the results and what they mean for Norway on Friday the 8th of February 2013, at a breakfast seminar from 08:00-10:15 in Oslo. The results will be presented by the IEA, with commentary from key Norwegian stakeholders.
The report became available for download on the 22nd of January. Hard copies of the report will be distributed at the event. Read more about the report on the IEA’s website, or at the Nordic Energy Research page, where you can order a free hard copy.
