Nordic Energy Research at Clean Energy Ministerial and Mission Innovation meeting

On 30 September to 4 October, Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil is hosting the annual Clean Energy Ministerial and Mission Innovation meeting (CEM15/MI-9), one of the largest clean energy events of the year.

Nordic Energy Research will be co-organising two events during the conference, on 1 and 2 October. Our events are centered on hydrogen technologies and the coordination of funding for clean energy projects.

MI Public Funders Dialogue #7: Coordinating Diverse Funding Streams for Maximum Impact

Co-hosted by Nordic Energy Research, the Swedish Energy Agency, and the DUT Partnership, on behalf of the Clean Energy Transition Partnership, this dialogue will explore how diverse funding streams can be coordinated to support the clean energy transition more effectively. The discussion will focus on how Mission Innovation (MI) Calls can be used to support projects that contribute to clean energy goals.

 

 

 

 

 

Materials for Energy and Hydrogen

This event will examine the latest developments in materials for energy and hydrogen technologies. Co-hosted with the European Commission, Helmholtz Association, and Natural Resources Canada, the session will address the current progress and challenges in utilising materials to advance hydrogen-based energy solutions.

At the event, we are honoured to have Kadri Simson, Commissioner for Energy at the European Commission, and Terje Aasland, Energy Minister in Norway, with us on stage. Each of them will give an opening speech to set the scene for a session about materials for energy and hydrogen.
