COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, presents a pivotal opportunity to accelerate measures against the climate crisis. The conference is a key moment for countries to present their updated national climate plans under the Paris agreement, which are due by early 2025.

Nordic Energy Research will host three events on 15 November, the Energy Day, to emphasise the importance of stepping up the green energy transition. By showcasing collaborative energy solutions from the Nordic region, our events will promote collaboration and research-based climate action on the world stage.

All three events will take place in the Nordic Pavilion in the Blue Zone, Pavilion C13, and be livestreamed here.
